Cher Lloyd is quite possibly the cutest Brit, well, ever. Albums from X-Factor artists are always a little bit of a science experiment.  Because they’re in their own petri-dish environment they’re best judged on their own standards. Using independent criteria, Cher Lloyd’s debut is a resounding success, albeit with some room for growth.  It should be noted that Lloyd co-wrote five songs on the track listing. At times, the album feels less than cohesive but never ever less than catchy. She’s a young artist and very promising at that.

Track Spotlight:  “With Ur Love” – Addictive without being in your face, laid-back, and catchy as all hell. Mike Posner makes an appearance.
